Reminders

Reminders are lightweight one-shot notifications. Set one up in conversation and Atlas will alert you when the time comes — no app to open, no calendar entry to create.

Just tell Atlas in chat:

  • “Remind me to call John in 30 minutes”
  • “Set a reminder to check email at 3pm”
  • “Remind me at 2:30 to leave for the dentist”
  • “Give me a reminder in an hour to follow up with the client”

Atlas confirms the reminder and sets it running in the background. You can keep chatting, close the chat panel, or switch to another app — the reminder will still fire.

Specify a duration from now:

  • “In 20 minutes…”
  • “In an hour…”
  • “In 2 hours and 30 minutes…”

Specify a clock time:

  • “At 3pm…”
  • “At 14:30…”
  • “At 9am tomorrow…”

When the time arrives, a notification appears on screen with the reminder text. Click it to dismiss or to open Atlas and act on it.

Reminders check every 30 seconds in the background, so you might see a reminder up to 30 seconds after the exact time you set.

Ask Atlas to show what you have coming up:

  • “What reminders do I have set?”
  • “Show me my pending reminders”

To cancel a reminder before it fires:

  • “Cancel my reminder to call John”
  • “Delete the 3pm reminder”

Completed reminders are automatically cleaned up 24 hours after they fire. You don’t need to manage or delete them — they clear themselves once they’ve served their purpose.
